Michelle McElhiney, CNM, MSN, ARNP, is a Certified Nurse Midwife at the West Palm Beach office of Ob/Gyn Specialists of the Palm Beaches, P.A. in Florida.

McElhiney has been practicing Midwifery for the past 10 years. She began her schooling in her home state of Pennsylvania, at Juniata College where she received her Bachelor's Degree in 1999. Her education continued at Johns Hopkins University where she achieved her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2000. Continuing her medical education, McElhiney graduated with her Master's of Nursing Degree in 2002 from Emory University in Georgia.

McElhiney is involved in Sigma Theta International Honor Society of Nursing and is a certified member of the ACNM.

Michelle McElhiney's inspiration came from her mother, who was a Lamaze instructor.
